[Fingerprint analysis of Luotong capsule by HPLC].

OBJECTIVETo develop the chromatographic fingerprints of Luotong capsule by HPLC.METHODSThe separation was performed on YMC-PacK ODS (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm) column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile -0.5% phosphoric acid as gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detective wavelength was 276 nm. The column temperature was 30 degrees C.RESULTSA standard HPLC fingerprint procedure was developed for Luotong capsule with 18 common peaks. The similarity of 10 batches of Luotong capsule was not lower than 0.978.CONCLUSIONThe mehtod is accurate, repeatable and useful for the quality control of Luotong capsule.
