OSLO, Norway, Dec. 13, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Nordic Nanovector ASA's ("Nordic Nanovector" or the "Company") largest shareholder North Energy ASA, that now holds 11,518,448 shares in the Company, has requested that the Board of Directors calls for an Extraordinary General Meeting in accordance with the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act §5-7 (2). The Board of Directors therefore calls for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 3 January 2023, at 16:00 hours CET at Advokatfirmaet Selmer, Tjuvholmen Allé 1, 0252 Oslo.
