Kane Biotech Extends Exclusivity Period on its Offer for its Interest in STEM Animal Health

(TSX- V:KNE; OTCQB:KNBIF) (the “Company” or “Kane Biotech”), announces today that it has extended the exclusivity period on the offer for its interest in STEM Animal Health that it announced on December 20, 2023, from March 19, 2024 until March 31, 2024. Kane further announces that subsequent to the US $625,000 deposit that it received at the time of the offer, Kane has received additional deposits totaling US $900,000 which will be applied towards the sale price of Kane’s interest in STEM.
