ATLANTA & OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jackson Healthcare®, a family of highly specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies, and LRS Healthcare®, a leading provider of medical staffing, today announced that the acquisition of LRS Healthcare by Jackson Healthcare is complete, following the companies sharing news of their definitive agreement to combine last month.

In becoming part of Jackson Healthcare, LRS Healthcare joins one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing organizations. Together, the Jackson Healthcare family of companies help thousands of healthcare facilities across the country with their temporary and permanent workforce needs, delivering care when and where it’s needed across all 50 states.

LRS Healthcare, which specializes in nurse and allied health staffing, continues to run business under the LRS brand name from its long-standing location in Nebraska, where earlier this year, it was ranked #1 on the Best Places to Work in Omaha list in the large business category.
