Objective: To investigate clin. efficacy of Kangerling granule in treatment of anorexia in children. Methods: 126 children with anorexia from March 2011 to Apr. 2013 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment was given Kangerling granules, and the control group was given zinc gluconate oral liquid Indexes were observed, and serum Zn and Pb were detected. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was statistically significantly difference in integral difference of clin. symptoms between the two groups before and after the treatment (P < 0.5). Compared with the control group, appetite, complexion and stool property in the treatment improved significantly (P < 0.05). After the treatment, serum zinc content in both groups increased, and serum lead content decreased, which were significantly more obvious in the treatment group that in the control group (P < 0.5).
