The purpose of the article is to explore clin. effect of nitroglycerin combined with remifentanil in controlled hypotension for nasal endoscopic surgery.53 Cases of patients subjecting to nasal endoscopic surgery with American Society of Anesthesiologists class I∼II are randomly divided into control group and observation group, 26 cases in each group. The anesthesia induction and maintenance method are same, control group is performed with nitroglycerin for controlled hypotension, the observation is performed with nitroglycerin combined with remifentanil for controlled hypotension. The bleeding volume, blood pressure reduction time, nitroglycerin total consumption amount, general anesthesia recovery time and other operation conditions as well as mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and other haemodynamics indicators just before blood pressure reduction (T0), 30 min after blood pressure reduction (T1) and 30 min after operation (T2) in operation are recorded. The bleeding volume, blood pressure reduction time, nitroglycerin total consumption amount, general anesthesia recovery time in observation group are significantly lower than those in control group, the difference has statistic significance (P<0.05), the difference of the time for blood pressure rise again after stopping drug in two groups has no statistic significance (P>0.05).Combination of nitroglycerin with remifentanil in controlled hypotension for nasal endoscopic surgery can reduce bleeding volume in operation, ensure good operation quality, gently reduce blood pressure, and reduce nitroglycerin consumption amount, reduce nitroglycerin poisoning risk, has less adverse reaction, high quality of recovery.
