Objective: To establish the HPLC specific chromatogram and provide comprehensive evaluation of Yangweishu granules.Methods: The HPLC specific chromatogram was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18) column( 250 mmx4.6 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution by the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution system at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min∼(-1).The detection wavelength was 280 nm,and the column temperature was 30°C .Ten batches of Yangweishu granules were determined and a common mode of fingerprint was established.Results: The HPLC specific chromatogram included 13 common peaks with hesperidin as the reference peak,and 4 of them were identified by the comparison with the reference substances.Conclusion: The established methods have high specificity and good repeatability,and can be used for the quality control of the product.
