The quality Control Standarad of Wenshen Tiaojing Granules was established.A TLC method was used for the qual. identification of Cistanches Herba and Rubiae Radix Et Rhizoma and Cuscutae Semen in the formula.The content of ferulic acid was determined by a HPLC method with a Kromasil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column and a mobile phase consisted of methanol-5% acetic acid (20: 80).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 323 nm.The linear relation was good within the range of 2.50-20.00 μg/mL (r=0.9999) and average recovery was 98.54%, RSD1.22% (n=5).The method was simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible.It could be used in the quality control method of Wenshen Tiaojing Granules.
