The decrease in revenue for the three-month period was due to lower deferred revenue recognized from the Roche collaboration and the BMS collaboration. The decrease in revenue for the twelve-month period was primarily due to a decrease in revenue recognized under the Roche collaboration mainly as a result of the $108.0 million revenue recognized in 2022 pursuant to the satisfaction of the Company's performance obligations for the issuance of the combined licenses and the clinical trial materials transferred. The decrease in the twelve-month period was partially offset by higher deferred revenue recognized from the BMS collaboration and the Ono collaboration.
