Chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) is a common complication of bone marrow or hematopoietic cell transplant from another person (allogeneic transplant). This study will determine if subjects with steroid dependent/refractory cGVHD can tolerate infusion of donor regulatory T cells and whether their cGVHD responds to the infusion.
Phase 1-2 Trial for Patients With Advanced Hematologic Malignancies Undergoing Myeloablative Allogeneic HCT With a T-cell Depleted Graft With Infusion of Conventional T-cells and Regulatory T-cells
This study looks at giving specific types of immune cells, called regulatory T cells and conventional T cells, to patients with blood cancers who are receiving a stem cell transplant. These cells are added back to help the immune system recover and reduce complications after the transplant.
A Feasibility Trial of Post-Transplant Infusion of Allogeneic Regulatory T Cells and Allogeneic Conventional T Cells in Patients With Hematologic Malignancies Undergoing Allogeneic Myeloablative Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation From Haploidentical-Related Donors
Patients with hematologic malignancies will receive myeloablative chemotherapy followed by stem cell rescue with bone marrow or hematopoietic peripheral blood stem cells collected by apheresis from a filgrastim- (G-CSF)-mobilized haploidentical related-donor, ie, hematopoietic peripheral blood stem cell transplant (HSCT).
