中国神经科学学会第十九届全国学术会议将于2026年9月10日-13日在福州海峡国际会展中心召开,会上特别设立“中国神经科学重大进展”特色专题研讨会,邀请2025年重大进展项目的第一完成人开展学术报告。
本次特色专题研讨会分为两期,第一期由复旦大学马兰院士、首都医科大学张晨教授主持,第二期由北京大学万有教授、中国科学院脑科学与智能技术卓越创新中心周嘉伟研究员主持。

报告题目:大脑控制脑膜淋巴系统的形成及其机制
简要介绍:创建多项领先的在体研究技术,建立“既见森林(全脑)、又见树木(神经元)、甚或树叶(突触)”全脑尺度在体脑结构-功能研究体系,运用多学科交叉手段,从复杂系统的视角,研究适应性行为的神经机制,提出“Bi-Pathway Brain Function”假说;并侧重全脑神经联接结构和功能图谱,揭示大脑架构设计和功能运作的基本原理,开展全脑重建、模拟与计算研究,探索类脑算法和理论。同时,建立在体动物上观察和研究内皮细胞/周细胞入脑到血管网络形成/修剪/扩展等生物学过程的实验体系,以及全脑血管网络动力学数学模型,研究大脑血管三维网络发育及其功能和血脑屏障形成的分子细胞机制及其神经调节。研究成果和创建的方法体系处于领先水平,相关方法被国际同行广泛使用。受邀四十多次在国际会议和国外研究机构做学术报告。主要成果发表在Nature、Neuron、Nature Neuroscience、Developmental Cell、JACS、Nature Communications、PLoS Biology、Circulation Research、Cell Reports、Cell Research、PNAS等期刊上。

报告题目:人类高阶丘脑核团通过丘脑-前额叶环路门控意识感知
简要介绍:以灵长类动物(包括人类)为研究对象,以视觉-眼动为行为范式,利用心理物理、电生理和计算机模拟等技术对意识和认知的神经机制进行研究。主要关注视觉意识、视空间感知、注意、工作记忆和预测等大脑功能的神经机制。在开展基础科研的同时,还进行精神(自闭、抑郁)神经疾病(老年痴呆,帕金森)的眼动行为和神经机制研究。通过单侧颈内动脉注射MPTP,制造单侧帕金森猕猴模型,进而探索帕金森疾病对眼动控制的影响、对学习和记忆功能的影响,以及背后的病理机制和治疗效果的判断。在Nature, Science, Nature Neuroscience, Neuron, PNAS, Cell Reports, eLIFE, Cerebral Cortex, Journal of neuroscience等发表多篇论文。

简要介绍:He conducted postdoctoral training with Richard W Tsien at Stanford University and subsequently worked as an assistant research scientist at New York University. Huan Ma is the peer reviewer for journals such as Neuron, Nature Cell Biology, and Nature Aging, serving as the consulting member for the Neurology and Psychiatry Discipline in the Medical Science Division of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. His research interests include neural plasticity, learning and memory, aging and neuronal disorders. His work as the corresponding author has been published in top journals in the field, such as Science, Cell, and Neuron.

报告题目:从0到1鉴定帕金森病原始创新靶点和候选新药
简要介绍:His currently focuses on basic and clinical research for neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Parkinson's disease (PD). He leads the establishment of Chinese Healthy Aging and Dementia (HEAD) community cohort and the development of international guidelines for the AD prevention. His lab has mapped the proteome and genome of neuropsychiatric disorders, identified novel biomarkers for AD and PD, and reported FAM171A2 as a novel therapeutic target for PD.

报告题目:小胶质细胞再殖与替换——从基础研究到临床治疗
简要介绍:Prof. Peng’s research is centered on microglia in the central nervous system, with a particular focus on elucidating the mechanisms of their aging, death, and regeneration. Based on these insights, he has pioneered a novel therapeutic strategy involving microglia replacement for the treatment of neurological disorders, and in 2020, his team achieved the world’s first efficient microglia replacement. Furthermore, his group conducted the world’s first clinical trial of microglia replacement therapy in 2025, demonstrating its efficacy and paving a new path for treating neurological diseases. His key research findings have been published as last author in high-impact journals including Science (2025), Nature Neuroscience (2018), Nature Aging (2023), Neuron (2021), Cell Stem Cell (2025), Cell Reports (2020), Nature Communications (2022), and eLife (2023).

简要介绍:Her recent work focused on the decoding and restoration of vision. Her work was published in journals including Science, Nature Biomedical Engineering, Neuron and Nature Communications. She received the Xplorer Prize and SANS scholarship in 2025, State Science and Technology Advancement Award in 2023 and the Young Innovative Woman Award in Shanghai in 2020. She serves as the Vice chairman of the Neurotechnology Panel, Chinese Neuroscience Society (CNS). She is on the editorial board of Progress in Retina and Eye Research.

报告题目:三维空间多组学:从基础研究到药物研发的组织原位解码
简要介绍:Dr. Yuan’s research focuses on the thalamic mechanisms underlying the regulation of brain states, and, driven by scientific objectives, he has developed an innovative three-dimensional spatial multi-omics methodology that empowers the elucidation of brain mechanisms and the diagnosis of brain diseases. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Central and Peripheral Interaction Branch of the Chinese Neuroscience Society and as the Vice Chair of the Auditory, Speech, and Communication Research Branch of the Biophysical Society of China. In recent years, as corresponding author, he has published multiple research articles and review papers in leading international journals such as Cell, Neuron, Annual Review of Neuroscience, IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, and The Journal of Neuroscience.
