02Nutrients IF: 05.000超重及血脂异常儿童青少年接受低血糖生成指数或标准饮食的膳食质量与营养价值

研究结果显示,两种饮食模式均能有效提升参与者的整体膳食质量。经过8周的干预,低血糖生成指数饮食组的平均DQI评分下降了近两倍,而标准饮食组也下降了近1.5倍,且两组间的改善程度存在显著差异。重要的是,所有参与者在干预后,其膳食质量均未低于基线水平。在低血糖生成指数饮食组中,100%的参与者达到了至少中等的膳食质量;而在标准饮食组中,这一比例也达到了44%。
在具体的营养摄入方面,两种饮食干预都带来了积极的改变。无论是低血糖生成指数饮食组还是标准饮食组,参与者的蛋白质和膳食纤维摄入量均显著增加。同时,两组饮食都成功降低了胆固醇、饱和脂肪酸以及钠的摄入量。这些变化对于改善血脂异常和促进心血管健康具有明确的积极意义。
进一步的分析揭示了膳食质量改善与特定营养素摄入之间的关联。在两组中,膳食质量改善程度越大,往往伴随着更低的脂肪和饱和脂肪酸摄入,以及更高的维生素C摄入。此外,在低血糖生成指数饮食组,膳食质量的提升还与更低的胆固醇和糖摄入量显著相关;而在标准饮食组,则与更低的钠摄入量相关。
该研究表明,对于患有超重和血脂异常的儿童青少年,在CHILD-2原则指导下,无论是采用低血糖生成指数饮食还是标准饮食,都能有效优化其膳食模式和营养结构。研究结果强调了在饮食治疗中,注重整体膳食质量的重要性,因为其改善与一系列有益健康的营养摄入变化紧密相连。研究人员指出,为了实现这些积极的改变,患者需要与营养师保持持续且一致的合作,以确保饮食建议能够在日常生活中得到有效落实。当然,要更全面地评估这些饮食模式的长期效果和普适性,未来还需要开展规模更大、随访时间更长的研究。

然而,在降低甘油三酯这项指标上,情况则有所不同。研究发现,有氧训练对降低甘油三酯的效果显著优于高强度间歇训练,其改善幅度更大。值得注意的是,无论是高强度间歇训练还是有氧训练,均未能显著提升被称为“好胆固醇”的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平。
