This paper is to analyze the correlation between chronic hepatitis B virus serol. markers and HBV DNA as well as liver enzyme, and discuss the possible clin. significance. 590 Chronic hepatitis B patients from Jan. 1st 2012 to Dec. 31th 2014 in the tumor hospital of Guizhou province were collected; the quant. results of HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb, HBcAb, HBV DNA and ALT, AST and GGT were collected statistically and the data were analyzed. After the patients were divided into groups combined with the pos. serum marker, the comparative results suggested that the GGT results of 1, 5 pos. group were higher than those of 1, 3, 5 pos. group and 1, 4, 5 pos. group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). As the concentration of HBs Ag and HBe Ag increased, HBV DNA level also gradually rose, and was correlated with the two serol. markers(r=0.285, 0.419, P<0.001); the change of HBeAb concentration in 1, 4, 5 pos. group with HBV DNA and three liver enzymes were not correlated. Except for serol. markers test, chronic hepatitis B patients should regularly check the HBV DNA and monitor the change of liver enzyme, which can help to identify and prevent the development of disease early.
