HPLC was used to detect three flavones (quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin) contents in Xinkangda tablets.The separation was carried out on a ODS C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, using methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (50:50) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 370 nm.The linear ranges for quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin were 0.08276-0.8276 mg/L, 0.00646-0.0646 mg/L, and 0.06768-0.6768 mg/L (r2 = 0.9999, 0.9994, and 0.9999), resp.This method is simple, reliable, and accurate, which is available for the quality control of Xinkangda tablets.
