Objective: To prepare a stable quality control substance for prostate specific antigen (PSA), which can be used as a quality control for the clin. detection of PSA quant. detection reagents. Method: Dilute human PSA protein with different dilution formulas into 3 concentrations of low, medium and high, prepare quality control products in two forms, liquid and dry powder, and use Abbott quant. detection reagent for activity detection to investigate the stability of PSA quality control products performance. Results: The PSA liquid quality control product was diluted with non-inactivated serum, the preparation process was simple, the bottle-to-bottle difference was low, the cold storage can be stable for at least 8 mo, and the frozen storage can be stable for at least 18 mo. The PSA dry powder quality control product contains 10% human serum, 50 g/L glycine and 4 g/L human serum albumin are prepared in PBS. The freeze-dried powder has a uniform appearance and is clear and transparent after reconstitution. The dry powder can be stored stably for 4 wk at 37°C and 25°C after reconstitution. Refrigerated storage is stable for at least 12 mo. Conclusion: The prepared PSA liquid quality control product and dry powder quality control product are easy to use, and the stability can meet the indoor quality control requirements, and has a good market prospect.
