Evaluation of Combined Photo-Biomodulation At Acupuncture Points, Autologous PRP, and Umbilical Cord-Derived Exosome Therapy in Autism Spectrum Disorder: a Randomized Controlled Trial
This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the efficacy of a combination of photo-biomodulation at acupuncture points, autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and umbilical cord-derived exosome therapy in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The study will compare these interventions against standard care to determine their impact on the severity of autism symptoms, as measured by the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) and other related markers.
Innovative Approaches in Managing Chronic Low Back Pain: A Comparative Assessment of Clinical Techniques
This clinical trial aims to assess the effectiveness of different clinical techniques in treating patients with chronic low back pain (CLBP). Two test groups will be included: one receiving conventional therapy (NSAIDs and other physical therapy techniques) and the other receiving a combination of neuromodulation and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. Chronic pain, persisting for more than three months, inhibits natural pathways like GABA and promotes excitatory pathways, leading to increased inflammation. The study hypothesizes that neuromodulation via the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and PRP therapy will provide superior pain relief and functional improvement compared to conventional therapy.
Safety and Efficacy of Pulsed RF Neuromodulation and Leukocyte-Rich PRP for the Treatment of Refractory Low Back Pain Due to Multifidus Dysfunction
This clinical trial aims to check the safety and efficacy profile of pulsed radiofrequency (RF) neuromodulation combined with leukocyte-rich platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections for the treatment of refractory low back pain due to multifidus dysfunction. The trial will compare two groups: one receiving standard physical therapy and the other receiving pulsed RF neuromodulation and physiotherapy.
