Objective:To establish a near-IR (NIR) rapid quant. anal. method of the index components (gardenin;bile acid;Total nitrogen) in seven Mixed Concrete of Qingkailing Granule (SMCQG). Methods:All samples obtained from the processes of extractions were analyzed by NIR spectra and HPLC. To establish the calibration model, the THUNIR software was used to combine the data of NIR and HPLC with different pretreatmentmethods, band selection methods and partial least square method. The calibration model was evaluated through the unknown samples. Results:The established models of gardenin, bile acidand Total nitrogenshowed that the determination coefficient was 0.999 9, 0.997 8 and 0.999 9. The predicted value of the verification set is close to the true value content. Conclusion:Therefore, The model established by the near IR spectroscopy technol. has good performance and can quickly and accurately determine the content of the three components in SMCQG, The method is reliable, and can be used as a method of quality control.
