AACT, Inc.

NATCO Pharma Limited (NSEI:NATCOPHARM) agreed to acquire 6.25% stake in AACT, Inc. for $0.25 million on August 23, 2019. Under the terms of the deal, around 250 shares of NATCO Pharma will be issued at a price of $0.01 each. In a related deal, NATCO Pharma Limited (NSEI:NATCOPHARM) agreed to acquire an additional 3.5% stake in OMRV Hospitals Private Limited on August 23, 2019. The transaction is expected to complete by March 31, 2020. NATCO Pharma Limited (NSEI:NATCOPHARM) completed the acquisition of 6.25% stake in AACT, Inc. on August 28, 2019.
