The objective of this paper is to measure the baicalin content in the Zhiqinqingre LiquidThe high performance liquid chromatog. method (high performance liquid chromatog.) is adopted to measure the baicalin content in the preparationThe chromatogram columniation is Hypersil ODS C₁₈ 250 mm × 4.6 mm × 5 μm; the detection wavelength is 280 nm.The results show that the baicalin is well separated from the other contents in Zhiqinqingre liquidThe linear range is 21.16-104.68 μg/mL, r = 0.9995.The average rate of remains recovery is 99.90% and RSD is 0.37%.It was concluded that this method is easy, sensitive and accurate.It is well adapted to measure baicalin content of the Zhiqinqingre liquid
