This is an open-label, non-randomized, single-center, single i.v. dose Phase 1 trial to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and safety of a combination of ANT3310 and meropenem in participants with different degrees of renal function impairment, including participants with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), compared with matching control participants with normal renal function.

The study aims at investigating whether the natural calcium isotope ratio (δ44/40Ca) in urine and serum differs between postmenopausal women aged 50 to 75 years suffering from osteoporosis and a healthy control group and whether δ44/40Ca in urine and serum can be used for the diagnosis of osteoporosis or whether further parameters have to be included.

The aim of the study is to measure the effect of wheat polysaccharides on the occurence of common cold (CC) in elderly during a 12-week consumption period.
