课题组简介
李健课题组长期致力于创新药物研发与药物靶标结构解析研究,基于结构发现并优化了多个小分子抑制剂。课题组负责人为江西省“千人计划”入选者、省杰青。课题组始终以“结构指导药物设计”为核心,致力于基础研究与临床转化的深度融合,为创新药物研发提供科学支撑与技术驱动。
负责人简介
李健,博士,博士生导师,三级教授。有近20年从事创新药物研发及药靶的结构解析的丰富经验,目前在PDB数据库中发表药靶结构300多个,单颗粒冷冻电镜结构50个,解析了多个重要疾病靶点相关蛋白质的高分辨率三维结构,基于结构发现并优化了多个不同疾病靶点的小分子抑制剂。共发表SCI论文80余篇,包括PNAS, Nature Communications,Science Advances,Science Bulletin, APSB, Science China-Life Sciences, Journal of Virology, JMC等,影响因子总计近400,其中一区27篇,第一作者(含共同一作)或通讯作者50多篇,主持及参与多项国家自然科学基金,发明专利15项。江西省“千人计划”入选者,江西省杰青,江西省重点。江西省整合医学学会医学创新和转化分会常务委员,“领航江西”智库专家,江西省高企评审专家,江西省药学会应用药理学委员,赣江海智C类人才,赣州市市级直接联系服务专家。
