(“Newron”, SWX: NWRN), a research and development company focused on novel CNS and pain therapies, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Hunter-Fleming Ltd., a private UK bio-pharmaceutical company developing new medicines to treat neurodegenerative and inflammatory disorders. As announced earlier, shareholders of Hunter-Fleming now hold 3.1 % in Newron. About Newron Pharmaceuticals Newron Pharmaceuticals S.p.A.
