An inherited metabolic disorder characterized by the intralysosomal accumulation of sulfur-containing lipids (sulfatides) and MUCOPOLYSACCHARIDES. Excess levels of both substrates are present in urine. This is a disorder of multiple sulfatase (arylsulfatases A, B, and C) deficiency which is caused by the mutation of sulfatase-modifying factor-1. Neurological deterioration is rapid.

Effect of Marital Self Disclosure Intervention on Fear of Cancer Recurrence and Dyadic Coping Ability Among Gastric Cancer Survivors and Their Spouse

The goal of this clinical trial is to explores the effect of marital self disclosure intervention on fear of cancer recurrence and dyadic coping ability in gastric cancer survivors and their spouses. The main questions are: What is the level of fear of cancer recurrence among gastric cancer survivors and their spouse? What is the level of dyadic coping ability among gastric cancer survivors and their spouse?What is the effect of marital self-disclosure intervention on fear of cancer recurrence and dyadic coping ability in the gastric cancer survivors and their spouses? Participants will accept the intervention of marital self disclosure for 4 times (4 cycles of chemotherapy) with different topics. Researchers will compare with control group to see if the level of fear of cancer recurrence and dyadic coping ability will be improved.

Ethnobotany and phytochemistry of plants used to treat musculoskeletal disorders among Skaw Karen, Thailand.

CONTEXT:

Musculoskeletal system disorders (MSD) are prevalent around the world affecting the health of people, especially farmers who work hard in the field. Karen farmers use many medicinal plants to treat MSD.

OBJECTIVE:

This study collects traditional plant-based remedies used by the Skaw Karen to treat MSD and evaluates their active phytochemical compounds.

MATERIALS AND METHODS:

The ethnobotanical study was conducted in six Karen villages in Chiang Mai province using semi-structured interviews were of 120 informants. The data were analyzed using ethnobotanical indices including use values (UV), choice value (CV), and informant consensus factor (ICF). Consequently, the 20 most important species, according to the indices, were selected for phytochemical analysis using LC-MS/MS.

RESULTS:

A total of 3731 use reports were obtained for 139 species used in MSD treatment. The most common ailments treated with those plants were muscular pain. A total of 172 high-potential active compounds for MSD treatment were identified. Most of them were flavonoids, terpenoids, alkaloids, and steroids. The prevalent phytochemical compounds related to treat MSD were 9-hydroxycalabaxanthone, dihydrovaltrate, morroniside, isoacteoside, lithocholic acid, pomiferin, cucurbitacin E, leonuriside A, liriodendrin, and physalin E. Sambucus javanica Reinw. ex Blume (Adoxaceae), Betula alnoides Buch.-Ham. ex D.Don (Betulaceae), Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC. (Asteraceae), Plantago major L. (Plantaginaceae) and Flacourtia jangomas (Lour.) Raeusch. (Salicaceae) all had high ethnobotanical index values and many active compounds.

DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS:

This study provides valuable information, demonstrating low-cost medicine plants that are locally available. It is a choice of treatment for people living in remote areas.

The lemon industry in the Mediterranean basin is strongly threatened by "mal secco" disease (MSD) caused by the fungus Plenodomus tracheiphlilus. Leaf pretreatments with Pseudomonas mediterranea 3C have been proposed as innovative tools for eco-sustainable interventions aimed at controlling the disease. In this study, by exploiting the results of previously performed RNAseq analysis, WCGNA was conducted among gene expression patterns in both inoculated (Pt) and pretreated and fungus-inoculated lemon plants (Citrus limon L.) (3CPt), and two indicators of fungal infection, i.e., the amount of fungus DNA measured in planta and the disease index (DI). The aims of this work were (a) to identify gene modules significantly associated with those traits, (b) to construct co-expression networks related to mal secco disease; (c) to define the effect and action mechanisms of P. mediterranea by comparing the networks. The results led to the identification of nine hub genes in the networks, with three of them belonging to receptor-like kinases (RLK), such as HERK1, CLAVATA1 and LRR, which play crucial roles in plant-pathogen interaction. Moreover, the comparison between networks indicated that the expression of those receptors is not induced in the presence of P. mediterranea, suggesting how powerful WCGNA is in discovering crucial genes that must undergo further investigation and be eventually knocked out.

A systematic review of work-related musculoskeletal disorders and risk factors among computer users.

Introduction:

Rapid technological developments, especially in the use of electronic devices, have affected workers. MSDs are a major burden for both employees and employers, and in contemporary society. Millions of computer workers suffer musculoskeletal diseases and it is the most common cause of occupational illness in the USA and result in medical costs and absenteeism that cost the sector between $45 and $54 billion annually. A single review was done about WMSDs, however it only investigated neck and upper extremities disorders. Therefore, this study aimed to review epidemiological evidence about the prevalence and risk factors of overall WMSDs among computer user bankers and office workers.

Methods:

An extensive literature search was undertaken in the PubMed, Web of Sciences, Google Scholar, and Scopus databases. Articles published in peer-reviewed English-language journals were considered for inclusion criteria. Articles published in conference proceedings, reports, abstracts, and not full text were excluded. After a thorough search of databases, a total of 90 articles were discovered, and finally, 25 of them met the inclusion criteria and were investigated in detail.

Result:

The magnitude of WMSDs ranged from 33.8 to 95.3 %. The lower back, neck, upper back, and shoulder were the most affected body parts, and the elbow, hip/thigh, knee, wrist/hand, and ankle/feet were the least affected body parts. Prolonged computer use, being older, repetitive moments, female sex, working in awkward posture, low educational status, a lack of physical exercise, and ergonomics training were significantly affected by MSDs.

Conclusion:

and recommendation: The prevalence of WMSDS was very high, and as a result, an interventional study should be conducted. Reducing prolonged use of computers and working in the right posture will reduce the magnitude of MSD among computer users.

科伦博泰SKB264勇闯AACR 2024

近日，第115届美国癌症研究协会（AACR）大会在美国加利福尼亚州圣地亚哥召开，来自全球各地的药企纷纷秀出了自家创新产品的研究成果，其中也包括众多中国药企。近两年，中国药企以ADC赛道的火热为跳板，通过出色的产品疗效和频现的license out交易向全世界宣告了中国创新力量的崛起。与之相配的结果是，今年在AACR 2024大会上亮相的国产ADC数量已占整体ADC一半。科伦博泰、映恩生物、百利天恒等公司在中国加入全球ADC赛道竞争的宏图大业中已留下浓墨重彩的一笔，其中科伦博泰与默沙东（MSD）2022年达成的超百亿美元授权交易仍是迄今为止海外授权交易金额最高的一笔。自2022年年末至今，科伦博泰授权MSD的几款ADC已有颇多进展，尤其是靶向滋养层细胞表面抗原2（TROP2）的芦康沙妥珠单抗（sacituzumab tirumotecan，sac-TMT/SKB264/MK-2870）。本次，科伦博泰在AACR 2024大会上展示了SKB264/sac-TMT的两项最新研究结果，其一为胃癌或胃食管交界部（G/GEJ）癌II期研究结果，其二为非小细胞肺癌II期研究结果。胃癌治疗的新希望在TROP2 ADC赛道，SKB264/sac-TMT是第一款公布胃癌临床结果的产品。据GLOBOCAN 2020报告，2020年全球新发胃癌病例数和死亡病例数分别居全球肿瘤第5位和第3位。在中国，胃癌形式更为严峻，每年新发胃癌病例数占全球40%。目前临床上尚无彻底治愈胃癌的疗法。在现有疗法下，早期胃癌患者的5年生存率可达90%，但IV期胃癌患者的5年生存率仅为6%-14%，亟需有效且安全的新治疗选择。目前，除化疗药物外，全球共5款药物获批一线治疗胃癌，分别为曲妥珠单抗、帕博利珠单抗、纳武利尤单抗、信迪利单抗和替雷利珠单抗。此外，全球共5款药物获批为胃癌的后线治疗方案，其中曲妥珠单抗和维迪西妥单抗仅针对HER2阳性患者，而纳武利尤单抗、雷莫西尤单抗和阿帕替尼不限制患者的生物标志物水平，但这些方案收效甚微，临床上仍然需要全新且更加有效的治疗选择。研究表明，TROP2在47%-66%的胃癌中过表达[1,2]，因而TROP2靶点也成为了胃癌领域较受关注的新的突破方向。在KL264-01研究中，科伦博泰纳入了48例既往接受过治疗的晚期G/GEJ癌患者。在接受每两周1次5mg/kg的SKB264治疗后，客观缓解率（ORR）为22.0%，疾病控制率（DCR）为80.5%，中位持续缓解时间（DoR）为7.5个月。在随访时间较长（中位随访时间为14.6个月）的三线以上患者（24例患者，其中54.2%既往接受过至少四线治疗）中，中位无进展生存期（mPFS）为3.7个月，中位总生存期（mOS）为7.6个月。这样的疗效已明显优于现有三线标准疗法。SKB264与现有胃癌三线治疗方案的疗效对比注：仅统计不限制生物标志物水平的治疗药物此外，科伦博泰在招募患者时并未在纳入标准中设定TROP2表达水平，从这个角度来看， SKB264/sac-TMT对不论TROP2表达水平的G/GEJ癌患者的疗效尚且不错，或许对TROP2高表达人群的治疗效果将更加卓越，而SKB264/sac-TMT也有望借此争夺更大的市场份额。基于以上积极结果，一项SKB264/sac-TMT单药治疗对比标准治疗（SOC）化疗用于3L+胃癌或食管胃交界部腺癌患者的全球III期研究正在筹划中。此外，帕博利珠单抗已获批胃癌一线治疗，而SKB264与帕博利珠单抗联用组合也将具备一线拓展潜力。进击NSCLC的称手武器NSCLC作为肿瘤领域患者规模最大的癌症类型，有着此消彼长的临床需求，也是抗肿瘤药物入局者的首选赛道。TROP2在64%的肺癌中过表达[6]的特点，TROP2亦是肺癌领域寻求治疗突破的热门方向。截至目前，已有一款TROP2 ADC产品（Dato-DXd）递交了用于治疗NSCLC的上市申请。除此之外，SKB264/sac-TMT和戈沙妥珠单抗的开发进度紧随其后，均在开展针对NSCLC的III期临床试验。不幸的是，Dato-Dxd二线治疗NSCLC的III期 Tropion-lung01研究的数据读出并不理想，而戈沙妥珠单抗二线治疗NSCLC的III期EVOKE-01研究也于今年1月宣告失败。在这种情况下，SKB264/sac-TMT能否在肺癌治疗上取得突破也成了业内的关注点。在本次AACR大会上，科伦博泰更新了SKB264/sac-TMT治疗既往接受过治疗的晚期NSCLC患者的II期研究结果，数据相比去年有所变化。SKB264治疗NSCLC的II期研究最新数据注：#统计数据截至2023年11月22日得益于持续迭代的EGFR抑制剂，EGFR突变型NSCLC患者的生存情况得到了极大改善，但EGFR野生型NSCLC患者并不能从中获益，化疗仍然是其首选治疗方案。即使是已经申报上市的Dato-DXd，其对NSCLC患者的PFS延长效果也仅有4.4个月，而其未能显著延长NSCLC患者的OS也令人遗憾。SKB264/sac-TMT针对EGFR野生型NSCLC三线以上患者的mOS达到14.1个月，对比同样线次的治疗方案（安罗替尼）的mOS（9.6个月[7]）显著延长。从SKB264/sac-TMT目前的表现来看，其有希望为这类患者带来全新的治疗选择，并进一步加强其“best-in-class”的市场地位。科伦博泰与其合作伙伴默沙东目前正在极力挖掘SKB264在肺癌治疗上的应用潜力，已启动多项针对NSCLC的III期临床试验：MK-2870-009研究（n=520）：单药对比双药化疗二线治疗既往接受过TKI治疗的EGFR突变型晚期非鳞状NSCLC患者。MK-2870-019研究（n=780）：联合帕博利珠单抗对比帕博利珠单抗辅助治疗可切除的II-IIIB期NSCLC患者。MK-2870-007研究（n=614）：联合帕博利珠单抗对比帕博利珠单抗一线治疗PD-L1高表达的转移性NSCLC患者。MK-2870-004研究（n=556）：单药对比化疗三线治疗EGFR突变型晚期非鳞状NSCLC患者。SKB264-III-09研究（n=356）：单药对比双药化疗二线治疗EGFR突变型局部晚期或转移性非鳞状NSCLC患者总结在ADC蓬勃发展的东风下，科伦博泰已凭借其特色的OptiDC平台成为了国内ADC头部企业，并在国际大舞台充分展示了中国创新力量，其核心产品芦康沙妥珠单抗SKB264/sac-TMT在其中所提供的推动力不可谓少。在TROP2赛道上，SKB264/sac-TMT一步一步在三阴性乳腺癌、NSCLC、G/GEJ癌等多个癌种上取得突破，并以此不停向“best in class”进发。未来，SKB264/sac-TMT究竟能在肿瘤这块蛋糕吞下多大的市场份额，且拭目以待吧。- 上下滑动查看参考资料 - [1] Clinicopathologic significance of TROP2 and phospho-TROP2 in gastric cancer.[2] Trop2 is overexpressed in gastric cancer and predicts poor prognosis.[3] Nivolumab in patients with advanced gastric or gastro-oesophageal junction cancer refractory to, or intolerant of, at least two previous chemotherapy regimens (ONO-4538-12, ATTRACTION-2): a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 3 trial.[4] Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Phase III Trial of Apatinib in Patients With Chemotherapy-Refractory Advanced or Metastatic Adenocarcinoma of the Stomach or Gastroesophageal Junction[5] Abstract CT038: Preliminary efficacy and safety results of anti-TROP2 ADC SKB264 (MK-2870) in patients (pts) with previously treated advanced gastric (G) or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer from a Phase 2 study.[6] Upregulation of Trop-2 quantitatively stimulates human cancer growth.[7] Effect of Anlotinib as a Third-Line or Further Treatment on Overall Survival of Patients With Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer: The ALTER 0303 Phase 3 Randomized Clinical Trial.Copyright © 2024 PHARMCUBE. Merck Manuals: A Discussion on Dietary Supplements

RAHWAY, N.J., April 3, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Three in four Americans use a dietary supplement. Yet despite their prevalence, some experts say greater attention should be paid to when supplements should – and shouldn't – be used. In a new editorial from MerckManuals.com, Laura Shane-McWhorter, PharmD, University of Utah College of Pharmacy, addresses some of the things to consider around dietary supplements. 1. Diet vs. daily pills In many cases, it may be better to adjust your diet and lifestyle rather than take a daily pill, says Shane-McWhorter. A varied and healthy diet may be a better way to obtain nutrients. For example, it's typically better to eat salmon or another healthy fish a few times a week than it is to take a fish oil or omega-3 fatty acid supplement, says Shane-McWhorter. 2. Regulation requirements A common critique of dietary supplements is that they're not regulated. That's not exactly true, says Shane-McWhorter. Dietary supplement makers are required to follow good manufacturing processes and should report adverse effects under the Consumer Protection Act. Still, manufacturers are not required to disclose information on all ingredients to consumers, and the Food & Drug Administration does not analyze products before they're marketed and sold. Bottom line: there is less oversight into what's actually going into a bottle of dietary supplements, when compared with prescription drugs and over-the-counter products. 3. Consider the category In general, certain categories of dietary supplements may be more harmful than others, says Shane-McWhorter. Products including weight loss supplements, anything promoting bodybuilding, or "men's health" (sexual performance aids) can be particularly risky. Still, Shane McWhorter adds other supplements like fish oil, vitamin D, folic acid, and zinc may be useful in certain settings. 4. Always consult an expert Before starting any dietary supplement, it's important to have a conversation with your doctor. Some supplements can interact with the effectiveness and dosing of already-prescribed medications or treatments, among other concerns, says Shane-McWhorter. // 接种HPV疫苗前她们在想什么？2022年以来，HPV疫苗市场竞争进入白热化。市场竞争中消费端的观念和行为变化是一项最重要的参考指数，但仅能依靠现成的销售数据变化及网络调研数据进行推测。随着人工智能的发展，大数据可轻松实现公众关注信息的抓取。百度搜索作为国民搜索引擎，能够很好地代表普通公众的搜索偏好和关注点，因此我们根据公众在百度搜索行为生成的“关键词”进行指数简析，试探HPV疫苗市场潜移默化的变化，以及现阶段在选择HPV疫苗前，“她们”在想什么。 01 九价热度非一日之功尽管2018年九价就已上市，但直到2020年5月首个国产二价HPV疫苗上市后，公众对HPV疫苗的探索欲才被调动起来，也可能是此时九价开始广泛投入市场宣传。此时公众对九价的热情已经初现，然而直到2022年初，二价和四价才开始略有热度，而此时九价热度“达峰”后开始降温。二价、四价的热度仍然完全无法与九价媲美，但二价略高于四价，四价颓势初显。进入2024年，可能由于消费降级、疫苗可及性提升或渗透率提升等因素的影响，尽管九价热度偶有“波峰”，但二、四、九价三款疫苗的热度均有大幅下滑。这对市场是个危险信号，但对二价可能也是个机会。从地域上来看，北京、成都、深圳、杭州四城对HPV疫苗的热度最高，侧面反映出生产企业对这些区域的重视和竞争激烈度，川渝地区已成为HPV疫苗西部市场竞争的白热化区域。越发达的地区九价热度越高，并且二、四价与九价的热度完全不在一个量级。（绿色为二价，黄色为四价）从年龄分布来看，近1个月来，关注HPV疫苗的女性主要是20-30岁女性，而这一年龄段也是HPV疫苗的主要接种人群。此外，＜30岁的女性更关注九价，＞30岁的女性则对价格更亲民的二价和四价关注度更高，这或许也是2023年九价高歌猛进的一个原因（契合20-30岁女性的需求）。但随着渗透率的提高和消费降级现象的逐步显现，可能导致了图1中的二、四、九价三款疫苗的关注热度均遇冷的情况。九价的热度侧面体现了公众对疫苗有效性的关注。事实上早在2020年我国一项关于HPV疫苗的离散选择偏好研究就发现，家长们对HPV疫苗的有效性更为在意，她们愿意多花费2326.32元人民币换取HPV疫苗的有效性从50%提高到90%。而九价在进入中国后，把中国宣传了十来年的二价预防84.5%的宫颈癌打成了仅能预防69.1%的宫颈癌，把九价预防功效宣传成了预防92%的宫颈癌。此举大获成功，九价热度持续不断。 02 价格敏感度与疫苗区别关注度从地域上看，过去1个月女性对“九价预约”最关注的地区多集中在经济发达的省份和城市，但西部地区的川渝两省独树一帜，成都、重庆排名分别高居第二、三位。这些地区的九价预约关注热度高，相反意味着二价关注低，市场压力更大。从人群上来看，过去1个月30岁以前女性对九价预约的关注度最高，尤其是＜20岁的女性，而＞30岁的女性对此关注度一般。不得不说九价“2针法”已经成功了一步。尽管国家建议为9-14岁女孩使用二价，但从趋势来看二价市场目标人群可能更契合30岁以上人群。对比“2、4、9价的区别”“九价预约”“HPV疫苗”三个词条，我们可以清晰看到近1个月来：可能由于消费观念的差异，＜30岁的女性更在意九价预约，似乎不在意三者之间存在什么区别。或者这些人群本身就对HPV疫苗了解程度更高，需求很明确。是否因为＞30岁的女性不认为自己需要接种HPV疫苗呢？我们再次引入“HPV疫苗适合什么年龄”、“2、4、9价区别”和“九价”三个词条对比，发现结果仍然相似——她们了解到30岁后女性有必要接种和可以接种HPV疫苗，但对九价的关注度仍然不高，反而更关注“2、4、9价的区别”。对比“九价多少钱vs二价多少钱”词条也可以看到，＞30岁的女性价格敏感度更高，更愿意关注价格指数，且可能在价格上更倾向于二价，但由于网络搜索关于三款疫苗区别关于疫苗有效性的表述可能会打消她们及时接种的积极性（预防70%vs.90%的宫颈癌），导致她们要么选择九价要么继续等待。此外，这部分女性也有可能是由于政府项目事关女儿接种而驱动的检索，导致她们对价格较为关注——是为女儿选择免费的二价，还是自费接种较贵的九价？对比区域可以看到，发达城市对九价价格的关注度依旧较高，潜在提示消费降级的市场环境下九价的价格是其致命“缺点”。而未来国产九价上市后，可能最先惠及的仍然是30岁以上的女性。 03 公众教育向哪端？＜20岁的女性对HPV疫苗各关键词的关注度整体均不高，并且相比HPV疫苗，公众可能对“宫颈癌疫苗”这一称谓的接受度和认知度更高。搜索数据显示，＞30岁女性对HPV疫苗接种必要性、接种年龄、接种禁忌、预约方式的关注度也更高。可能由于该年龄段女性关注价格和自身健康状况，在此基础上产生相关关注度。此外，百度大健康大数据关于女性搜索内容可以看到，公众对于HPV相关信息的搜索主要集中在五个方面：科学普及、症状查询、病因咨询、检验检查咨询以及疫苗接种咨询。在涉及到疫苗的问题中，公众特别关注疫苗价格以及不同价数疫苗之间的差异。图源自“百度大健康产业平台”而HPV疫苗信息疲劳和疫苗犹豫也值得警惕：近期关于HPV疫苗的热词搜索可以看到，对HPV疫苗的质疑声音上升较快，可能与过去信息过热及信息疲劳导致的逆反心理有关。因此可以探讨，对HPV疫苗的线上推广和公众教育是否需要把握度量和质量？ 04 简析与潜望过去1年的商业报告显示，九价放量后二价市场迅速萎缩。事实上，二价失去的可能只是HPV疫苗知识最好的20-30岁女性群体，而该群体又是既往HPV疫苗接种的主力人群。＞30岁女性可能更关注性价比，这可能也是二价能否“翻盘”的一个关键。但该部分女性多处于犹豫中——30多岁是否还有必要接种？二、四、九价有何区别？是否为女儿免费接种二价？这或许是健康教育的主要阵地，但显然线上健康教育和被动的信息暴露无论如何也难以媲美九价，这又是二价的困境。除了本数据透露出的信号外，近期还有几个信号显示——即使在国家无能力将HPV疫苗纳入国家免疫规划的情况下，推动地方将二价HPV疫苗纳入政府民生项目的时机或许已经到来。S 01 政府项目覆盖区域人口约占全国40%随着浙江省、衡水市等政府宣布2024年将为适龄女生免费接种二价HPV疫苗，目前我国已经至少有8个省、20多个市/县开展了试点接种HPV疫苗项目，不觉间这些地区的总人口已经约占到了全国总人口的38%（5.4亿/14.4亿）。2024年可能也会有一批省市加入，此趋势下中国有希望到2030年9-14岁女孩HPV疫苗接种率达到90%的目标。S 02 全国HPV疫苗覆盖率或超15%2020年中国疾控中心的一项研究曾指出，2018-2020年我国9-45岁女性HPV疫苗的累计估算接种率仅2.24%。而近期山东省、广东深圳市分别在线发表了HPV疫苗接种率的最新数据：2022年末山东省HPV疫苗全程接种率12.44%，深圳市单剂接种率18.7%。HPV疫苗接种率经历了指数级增长的两年，HPV疫苗接种率或已达到15-20%！且20-30岁女性接种率最高，9-14岁女孩接种率仍然处于极低水平。S 03 九价“2针法”与普及到乡镇卫生院2024年伊始，MSD“抛弃”更早上市的四价，率先争取到九价获批“两针法”，或许是在川渝地区政府补贴项目尝到甜头，九价对中国加快将HPV疫苗纳入免疫规划的预判以及意图“染指”政府项目的目的更显而易见。2024年3月，经济观察报刊文《九价HPV疫苗普及到乡卫生院》内容指出，目前许多乡镇卫生院无需预约排队就可以接种九价了。该文可能透露出一个信号——九价在一些发达城市地区增长乏力，疫苗终于外溢到了乡镇卫生院的冰箱里，对二价空间进一步挤压。近日，MSD又宣布将继续研发更高价次的HPV疫苗以适应中国市场需求，这可能也意味着九价在中国将逐渐从神坛跌落。2024年，难过的可能不只是二价，九价也未可知。资料来源：百度指数Vaccine. 2020 Dec 14;38(52):8310-8317.中国疫苗和免疫,2021,27(05):570-575.Vaccines (Basel). 2024 Jan 12;12(1):75.中华预防医学杂志, 2023, 57(12): 2021-2028.识别微信二维码，添加生物制品圈小编，符合条件者即可加入生物制品微信群！请注明：姓名+研究方向！版权声明本公众号所有转载文章系出于传递更多信息之目的，且明确注明来源和作者，不希望被转载的媒体或个人可与我们联系(cbplib@163.com)，我们将立即进行删除处理。所有文章仅代表作者观点，不代表本站立场。
