Prescription process and preparation methods of non bitterness roxithromycin dispersible tablets were discussed.Influence of lactose, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose and sodium CM-cellulose composites, pre-gelatinized starch, sodium carboxymethyl starch, aspartame, orange flavor and other accessories on quality of roxithromycin dispersible tablets was discussed, disintegrants, fillers, flavoring agents, suspending agents were optimized.Influence of chosen accessories on quality of roxithromycin dispersible tablets (taste, disintegration, dispersion uniformity, sedimentation volume ratio, etc.) by direct pressure powder, dry granulation method and wet granulation tabulating was observed to find finial preparation process.Best prescription was optimized by orthogonal design and 3 batches of pilot scale test were applied.By optimization of disintegrants, fillers, flavoring agents, suspending agents and preparation and combined with orthogonal design, best prescription of non bitterness roxithromycin dispersible tablets was determinedThe process was simple, cheap and safe, and it had broad prospects in market.
