A Proof-of-Concept Study for Ilorasertib (ABT-348) Activity in Patients With CDKN2A-Deficient Advanced Solid Cancers: a Phase II Basket Trial
The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if ilorasertib (ABT-348) can help to control CDKN2A-deficient cancer. CDKN2A deficiency is a type of mutation (a genetic change). The safety of this drug will also be studied.
A Pilot Study for Ilorasertib (ABT-348) in Patients With CDKN2A-deficient Advanced Solid Cancers: A Series of Individual Patient Cross-Over Studies With Growth Trajectory Assessment
This pilot phase I trial studies how well ilorasertib works in treating patients with cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A (CDKN2A)-deficient solid cancers that have spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (advanced) or have spread to other places in the body (metastatic) and cannot be removed by surgery. Ilorasertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
A Phase 1 Study Evaluating the Safety and Pharmacokinetics of ABT-348 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Azacitidine in Subjects With Advanced Hematologic Malignancies
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, pharmacokinetics and maximum tolerated dose of ABT-348 as monotherapy and when given in combination with azacitidine.
