Determination of icariin in Shenbao mixture by HPLC

HPLC for determination of icariin in Shenbao mixture was established. A Diamonsil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (27:73), flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and detection wavelength was at 270 nm. The linear range of icariin was 1.04-8.32 μg/mL (r=0.9998). The average recovery was 97.8% with RSD of 0.6%. The results showed HPLC was convenient, accurate, could be used for determination of icariin in Shenbao mixture

Determination of morphine in compound licorice buccal tablets with solid extraction column HPLC

Method to determine morphine in compound licorice buccal tablets with solid extraction column HPLC was established. HPLC method was adopted, with chromatog. column of Alltima C8 and detection wavelength of 220 nm, and the precision and recovery of the method were calculated When the morphine content in compound licorice buccal tablets was between 5-30 μg/mL, its linear relationship with the peak area was good (A=1.42×105C-0.4595, r=1). The average recovery was 99.7%. The solid extraction column HPLC method is simple, rapid and accurate in determination of morphine in compound licorice buccal tablets.

Study on formulation and preparation of omeprazole enteric-coated capsules

The objective of this paper is to develop the prescription processing of omeprazole enteric-coated capsules. The acid tolerance and dissolution of omeprazole enteric-coated capsules prepared by the optimal prescription processing were detected according to the pharmacopoeia. The results showed that the prepared capsules were well resistant to acid in the artificial gastric juice and dissolved quickly and completely in the artificial intestinal liquid It was concluded that this preparation processing resolves the problem of omeprazole's stability effectively, which is simple and feasible with good reproducibility. It is worth further development and application in industry.
