The objective of this paper was to study the preparation process and stability investigation of Ixeris sonchifolia oral solutionThe stability of the oral solution was investigated with adenosine, total flavones and luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside as investigation indexes, and then the oral solution was optimized.The oral solution was prepared by water decoction, and then flocculating precipitationThe contents of adenosine, total flavones and luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside in the oral solution were detected by HPLC or UV spectrophotometry.The contents of adenosine, total flavones and luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside in the oral solution were 0.32 mg/mL, 1.0 mg/mL, and 1.4 mg/mL resp.The preparation process for the oral solution was feasible, and the oral solution was stable.
