每经记者：林姿辰    每经编辑：黄胜7月3日开盘，石药集团（01093.HK，股价8.00港元，市值921.80亿港元）涨近7%，截至收盘涨幅收窄至5.96%。前一日盘后，公司宣布与阿斯利康建立战略合作，双方签订了金额最高17.7亿美元的协议，石药集团将利用专有的siRNA药物发现平台和肝外靶向递送平台开发新型小核酸候选药物。资料显示，这两个平台依托公司专有的AI分子设计模型与全自动高通量筛选体系，可以高效筛选具有高活性及增强肝外靶向潜力的核酸药物分子。值得注意的是，在同一天（7月2日），国内AI（人工智能）制药公司英矽智能（03696.HK，股价37.38港元，市值213.96亿港元）宣布与另一家跨国药企——武田制药达成超6亿美元战略合作。无论跨国药企选择纯AI制药公司，还是选择头部药企所布局的AI药研平台，都释放出一个信号：AI制药已经得到巨头的青睐，中国在这个领域再次崭露头角。约1年时间，石药集团与阿斯利康达成3次早期药物开发合作公告显示，石药集团与阿斯利康将针对两个靶点共同发现和开发具有治疗肾脏疾病多种适应证潜力的临床前候选药物（“PCC”）。对于每个PCC项目，阿斯利康将有权选择获取在全球范围内或中国以外地区开发、生产及商业化的独家权益。石药集团则将保留其中一个PCC在中国开发、生产和商业化的权益。根据协议，石药集团将收取3000万美元的首付款，并有权收取最高5.4亿美元的潜在研发里程碑付款和最高12.0亿美元的潜在销售里程碑付款，以及基于有关产品年净销售额的潜在个位数销售提成。在短短一年时间内，这是双方第三次在早期药物研发的合作。2025年6月，双方首次达成战略研究合作，阿斯利康与石药集团同意为多个靶点发现和开发具有多种慢性疾病治疗潜力的临床前候选药物，包括一种用于免疫疾病的临床前小分子口服疗法。根据协议，石药集团将获得1.1亿美元的预付款，并有资格获得最高16.2亿美元的潜在研发里程碑付款及最高36亿美元的潜在销售里程碑付款，以及基于有关产品年净销售额的潜在个位数销售提成；阿斯利康将有权行使选择权，以获得在全球范围内开发和商业化候选药物的独家授权。2026年1月，双方再次合作，利用石药集团的缓释给药技术平台及多肽药物AI发现平台，开发创新长效多肽药物。阿斯利康将获得公司每月一次注射用体重管理产品组合的全球独家权利，其中包括一个临床准备就绪的项目SYH2082，以及三个处于临床前阶段的研发项目。根据协议，石药集团将获得12亿美元的预付款，并有权获得最高35亿美元的潜在研发里程碑付款和最高138亿美元的潜在销售里程碑付款。此外，公司还将根据相关授权产品年净销售额获得最高达双位数比例的销售提成。而在AI驱动药物研发的相关合作之前，石药集团与阿斯利康的首次合作其实发生在2024年10月，当时双方达成一项总交易金额约20亿美元的独家合作，阿斯利康获得石药集团一款临床前药物在全球范围内的开发、制造及商业化权益。那是石药集团首次在对外授权中与大型跨国药企牵手。业内人士：传统制药企业引入AI，为行业提供新发展路径从单一药物授权，到AI平台驱动的多品类药物开发，石药集团与阿斯利康的四次合作逐渐深化，也反映了全球制药行业的新变化，即AI重塑制药底层逻辑。 根据中信建投研报，由于传统制药面临高投入、长周期、低成功率的“双十”定律困境，AI技术已全面渗透至靶点识别、虚拟筛选、全新设计、ADMET（一种成药性评价）预测以及自动化合成等制药核心环节，有效破解传统高通量物理盲筛的通量极限，大幅提升制药效率与成功率。目前，全球AI制药已涌现出一批具备平台化能力与商业化验证的标杆企业，英矽智能是典型代表。今年以来，公司的BD（商务拓展）保持“小步快跑”的节奏，覆盖了施维雅、礼来、齐鲁制药、康哲药业等国内外头部药企，签约金额已经超过70亿美元。而石药集团与阿斯利康的牵手，说明传统制药企业引入AI，能为行业提供除纯AI制药公司之外的另一条发展路径。7月3日，沙利文中国医疗健康事业部高级咨询经理王苑对《每日经济新闻》记者表示，纯AI制药公司通常具备较强的算法和模型开发能力，在靶点发现、分子设计等早期研发环节具有优势，研发模式灵活、创新速度较快；但其在临床开发、注册申报、生产和商业化方面经验相对有限，AI平台价值仍需更多成功案例验证。相比之下，传统制药企业拥有丰富的研发数据、成熟的药物开发体系以及临床和商业化能力，更容易将AI成果推进至后续研发阶段；但其AI能力和数字化体系通常需要持续建设，组织转型和数据整合也需要时间。未来，兼具AI能力和药物开发能力的企业，有望更充分释放AI在新药研发中的价值。而从数据来看，跨国药企与中国药企开展临床前合作的趋势日益明显。根据弗若斯特沙利文整理的数据，2019年，跨国药企与中国药企达成的临床前合作项目数量，占其全球临床前合作项目总数的比例为3.6%；到2025年，在跨国药企与外部机构达成的超百起临床前合作项目中，中国企业参与的比例已提升至12.4%。每日经济新闻
